Investment management of real estate and distressed opportunities, encompassing acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. Silex focuses on subinstitutional deals (<€15m), leveraging o opportunities within a market segment that is less sophisticated and capitalized.
Our focus lies in catering to private investors and family offices, investing into real estate and distressed opportunities in the form of Non-Performing Loan (NPLs), Real Estate Owned (REOs), or Work in Progress (WIPs) assets. Location agnostic, we invest nationwide. The equity check size per opportunity typically ranges from €2 to €10 million.
To date, Silex has effectively invested and successfully exited into real estate opportunities across 7 syndicated and 1 discretionary fund (ONIX Vehicles). To align our interests with those of our investors, Silex principals co-invest in ever project. Each Onix Fund has a short-term approach (36 months), with potential extensions, and has delivered outstanding returns to their investors.

ONIX I
Acquisition of a Non-Performing Loan (NPL) secured by a collateral comprising 7 residential properties located in Madrid. All the properties are situated within Madrid’s city center, in areas classified as A+ or A.
ONIX II
Purchase of 2 NPLs with 37
rural plots as collateral under a bankruptcy proceeding, where an agreement had been
reached with the Bankruptcy Administrator for the acquisition of the collateral.
ONIX III
Acquisition of an office space in Madrid for its renovation and conversion into 27 serviced apartments
ONIX IV
Acquisition of land through the execution of a purchase option for subsequent urban development and the creation of a multi-tenant retail park in Madrid.
ONIX V
Purchase of 21 NPLs from foreclosure proceedings suspended due to criminal prejudiciality. The business plan consists of amicably resolving the credit issue or repossessing the collateral for its subsequent sale.
