Silex focuses on sub-institutional deals (<€10m), leveraging on opportunities within a market segment that is less sophisticated and capitalized.
Our focus lies in catering to private investors and family offices, investing into single assets or small portfolios in the form of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Real Estate Owned (REOs), or Work in Progress (WIPs). The equity check size typically ranges from €1.5 to €5 million, and we are location agnostic, we invest nationwide.
To date, Silex has effectively secured and deployed over €10 million of investor capital across 5 syndicated deals and 1 discretionary fund (ONIX Vehicles). To align our interests with those of our investors, Silex principals co-invest in every project. Each Onix Fund has a short-term approach (24 months), with potential extensions, and has historically delivered outstanding returns to their investors.

Subsequently, we initiated the foreclosure process on the 7 residential properties, subjecting them to auction.

In 2021, Silex acquired a 3,000 m2 plot of land in the south of Madrid, pending urban development, with the aim of transforming it into urban land. In 2023, Silex obtained the necessary licenses and entered into agreements with four fast-food operators for its exploitation. The projected delivery of the completed project and commencement of operations is expected in 2024
